From Strength to Strength

Welcome to the 2008 Inter-Company Regatta Home Pages, and at the same time welcome to what we hope will be the biggest and best Regatta we've ever held.

It's difficult to oversell this event given that it is the only event of its size and kind in the UK, so here goes!!

40 crews of 4 individuals plus a qualified coach/cox train over a period of 7 weeks for a day long regatta dedicated to them alone.

The only prerequisites are, in no particular order:-

enthusiasm,

an ability to swim (just in case), and

NO previous rowing experience.

A few changes this year, with a new sponsor for the event. After 3 successful years of supporting the event, Sparrows have bowed out and handed the baton to DNV.
